Andrea D. Harris
Law Practice Emphasizing:
  1. Personal Injury
  2. Insurance Bad Faith
  3. Medical Malpractice
  4. Wrongful Death
  5. Civil Rights

Raised in a small, rural community, Andrea Harris grew up in a law enforcement family. As a standout high school athlete, Ms. Harris gained a competitive spirit at an early age. Combining her law enforcement upbringing with her competitive spirit, Ms. Harris found her way to a career in the courtroom. Using the hard-working values she learned growing up, Ms. Harris attended Kansas State University and became the first person in her family to graduate from college.

After graduating from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2011, Ms. Harris practiced law at Gorence & Oliveros. At Gorence & Oliveros, she developed a fierce passion for the representation of her clients and specialized in the areas of criminal defense, civil rights, personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

Ms. Harris joined our team in January, 2015. At Valle, O’Cleireachain, Zamora & Harris, every case represents a person with their own individual injuries and harms, who needs a lawyer to understand them and communicate as their voice. Ms. Harris understands this, and does not use a cookie-cutter approach to her cases; instead, she handles each case as if it were someone from her family or her small hometown. Her practice focuses on the rights of individuals in personal injury cases, insurance coverage litigation, civil rights cases, and medical malpractice litigation. Ms. Harris is admitted to practice before the New Mexico Courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Ms. Harris is a past Vice-President of the New Mexico Women’s Bar Association, and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Ms. Harris also serves as a Board of Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico and advocates for child mentorship in the community.
